Does the customer own any of the software?
The software and the infrastructure are being provided as a service only, and they are governed by the service agreement. The software is neither licensed to the customer, nor is it sold to the customer.
What is included in your SaaS application?
We typically provide Software as a Service (SaaS) to our customers.
Can we get a white labeled application?
There are 2 levels of engagement that we offer.
Do Grene Robotics employees have access to customer data?
All Grene robotics engineers and service personnel only work on the pre production environment where no customer data is accessible or stored.
What happens to the customer data if the contract ends?
The customer data will always belong to the customer.
Do you charge per User?
Unlike typical enterprise SaaS providers our motto is – Adoption is a true measure of software success.
What about our existing systems?
Data from existing systems that are redundant can be migrated into the Grene Robotics platform before retirement of the redundant existing system
What is a ‘Platform as a Service’?
The customers typically experience only the application layer. However there are severals layers of technology needed before you can build an Intelligent Application.
